Booking & Payment Terms

After filling out the participation form you will receive a confirmation email from us with further information.
Please wait for this email before booking your flights.
These are our payment terms:
A deposit of 250 USD p/p. is required to save your spot. (Fully refundable until 4 weeks before your departure.)
4 weeks before your departure date, the full tour price is due.
Would you like to pay in installments? Write to us and we can talk about your options. No fees or interests apply.
Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel a tour, following cancellation policy will apply:
(a) If you cancel before one month of departure of the tour: You will receive 100% refund of the payments made to the us.
(b) If you cancel within 29-15 days before departure: 15% of the total tour price will be held. The remainder of the payments made to us will be refunded.
(c) If you cancel within 14-10 days before departure : 30% of the total tour price will be held. The remainder of the payments made to us will be refunded.
(d) Cancellation less than 9 days before departure :
No refund will be payable.
